Wisdom knows no bounds

Proverbs 21 in the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible, which states,

“There is treasure to be desired and oil in the dwelling of the wise; but a foolish man spendeth it up”.

Or another way to say it: “A fool and his money are soon parted”.

The term “treasure” may refer to savings, investments, knowledge, or skills accumulated over time. “Oil” symbolizes prosperity, abundance, and sustenance, reflecting a life of comfort and nourishment. Together, these elements represent a state of preparedness, foresight, and the wise stewardship of both material and spiritual resources.

Remember that money (cash) flows, that is why they use these words in Financial and Accounting practices.
