Management Fundamentals:
As a manager, one has to be very careful when listening to gossip. So before we listen we should put the person spreading the information through the following three tests:
- Has the information been verified TRUE:
- The Test of Goodness
- And the Test of Usefulness
By listening to this audio clip you will understand how this is truly part of your role as manager. It is your job to prevent and stop the spread if information that could possibly be damaging and irreparable to another “Human being” when not even true.
