If you are a Leader, you could also be a chosen one and that is normally a lonely path.
Being chose is not for everyone and those that try to be one of the crowd will eventually fail. They quickly lose their individuality and respect, they are soon taken advantage of and are then no longer able to perform their duties of leadership and responsibilities to the organization that they control.
