Grant Cardone: You are entitled to nothing, want it! Earn it!

It is said that you aren’t entitled to anything and that you must earn everything you get in life. Yet some say that you deserve to be rich. How can both these thoughts be true? It seems like a contradiction, but you are both entitled to everything and you’re entitled to nothing. The optimal word here is “entitled”.
Make as little as possible, save as little as possible, invest as little as possible, learn as little as possible, and work as little as possible is the mantra of the “entitled”.
This is the reason why the entitled are entitled to nothing — and why they will never have anything of significance until they change their mindset.
The truth is that everyone is entitled, some just go and get theirs while others expect it to be given — and the difference between the two mindsets makes all the difference in the world.
Hebrews 11:6 King James Version (KJV)
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
“I invite you to work harder, I invite you to do more, to earn it.” You have to go and get it on your own, and then you will always have it and it will belong to you.
You can’t change that which you’re not willing to acknowledge, the minute you’re willing to acknowledge something, it will make a huge difference to you.
You are entitled. You’re entitled to have whatever you want, you’r entitled to a top position, you’re entitled to have great health and wealth, but nobody is going to invite you into the big players club — nobody will invite you. Once you get there, you are totally in and welcome. But the invitation won’t come in the mail, it will never pop up in an email or on a website somewhere. The choice to change is always yours. You have to feel it, you have to want it and you have to go and get it!
When you travel around the world, and you see people who are so disadvantaged, do you not get juiced about what you can do to help? This is because you’re entitled, I’m telling you, because you’re entitled to more.”
