Here is the best advice anyone can give you:

Competition becomes a weakness when it leads individuals or organizations to focus excessively on outperforming others rather than on creating genuine value for money or pursuing their own unique strengths.
This preoccupation can result in imitating competitors, which erodes personal or organizational identity and dignity. In business, an overemphasis on rivals can distract from innovation and customer needs; for example, when Microsoft and Google focused on each other, Apple capitalized on the opportunity by concentrating on innovation and value creation and started to out perform those who had lost focus on their customers. It can lead to psychological strain, including burnout, anxiety, and a negative self-image due to constant comparison and the need for external validation.
What others think of me is none of my business and I will not loose sleep over their opinions. Their opinions are their problems, not mine. We are all unique and should focus on that rather than how good or bad others are.
We should be able to learn from anyone that we work with, no matter what their level of experience. We at Freedom Shaper use Mentors to help students move ahead, not to compete with them, but to help them advance to a level that they themselves are comfortable with.
