1. Pretend that everyone was sent to teach you something.
  2. Pause in speaking and make eye contact, this shows confidence.
  3. Make people feel important with the SHR Method: “Seen, Heard and Remembered”.
  4. A Person’s favorite sound is their name, so remember it (h/t Dale Carnegie).
  5. “Praise publicly. Criticize privately.” — Warren Buffett
  6. Before you give feedback, make the other person feel that you care for them.
  7. “Unspoken expectations are premeditated resentments”. — Neil Strauss
