Always be the person that you would like others to be, lead by example. Be humble, never lash out at someone that makes a mistake, be kind and help them do it better next time. Never blame someone for doing something wrong that you asked them to do, always consider that they may not have understood your request, or that you chose someone who was not qualified to handle the task. As a leader it is your responsibility and you need to answer for the mistake.
